New on ISN Free WiFi: advertisers can now cap how many times ONE guest sees their ad, per day, week, or month.

It's a genuinely useful control. A one-time event promo doesn't need to hit the same guest ten times. A retail campaign might want reach over repetition. Frequency capping is standard practice on real ad platforms for exactly this reason.

But here's the part we made sure advertisers see before they touch the toggle: this setting only limits their OWN campaign. It doesn't touch competitors, doesn't touch anything else. Set the cap too low and it's not protecting the budget, it's strangling it. A fully funded, fully approved campaign can sit there and quietly stop showing to anyone who's already seen it, under delivering while the advertiser wonders where the views went.

So it ships with a warning built into the exact screen where you turn it on, not a tooltip nobody reads. A real message, right there, before you save: this can backfire, know what you are doing.

We also had to think past the advertiser's side. What happens to a guest whose venue runs ads only, no vouchers, no data plans, and they've hit the cap on every single ad available? We built the fallback ourselves: the platform detects it, switches their access option automatically, then switches back the moment a cap resets or a new ad goes live. No dead end for the guest, no support ticket for the venue.

Powerful tools deserve real guardrails, not just a checkbox.
